Getting Here From League City

From the Main Street area of League City, head north on Highway 3. The road is also called Old Galveston Road and then Galveston Road as you cross into Webster. Turn right onto Medical Center Boulevard and you are here. The trip is about 3.2 miles and usually takes about 10 minutes, though school pickup and rush hour can add a few.

Live near the west or south edge of town? Your drive will be a little longer, so check your map app before you leave. Booking ahead means less waiting once you arrive, which helps when you are carrying a feverish toddler or helping a limping teen through the door.

  • Open 7 days: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM.
  • Book online to hold your spot, or call (832) 215-8884 before you head out.
  • Walk-ins are welcome when there is room, based on availability.

What We Treat for League City Kids and Parents

Most of our visits are for everyday illnesses and injuries that do not need an emergency room. A few of the most common:

Fevers

A pediatrician-led exam to find the cause, with lab and X-ray onsite when they will help. See our fever care page.

Ear Infections

A look at both eardrums and a clear plan for pain relief and antibiotics. More on ear infection treatment.

Strep Throat

A rapid strep test with results during your visit. Read about sore throat and strep testing.

Sprains and Possible Fractures

On-site X-ray, read by a radiologist, plus splinting when needed. Learn about sprain and fracture care.

Sports and School Physicals

Bring your school or league form and we fill it out during the visit. Details on sports and school physicals.

Adults Too

Parents and grandparents can be seen in the same trip. See adult urgent care.

  • Evening hours on weekdays and daytime hours every Saturday and Sunday.
  • On-site X-ray and lab testing, so you are not sent across town for answers.

School Days and Game Days in League City

Clear Creek ISD is based in League City and serves most of the city, including Clear Creek, Clear Springs and Clear Falls high schools. Some neighborhoods are in Dickinson ISD or Santa Fe ISD instead. Whichever district your kids attend, we can do the sports or school physical. Just bring the form your school or league hands out so nothing gets missed.

League City kids stay busy outdoors. Hometown Heroes Park alone has sports fields, courts and a competition size pool, and that kind of play brings rolled ankles, jammed fingers and swimmer's ear. If an injury is swollen or your child will not put weight on it, an X-ray here can give you an answer the same day.

Go to the ER or call 911 if:

  • A baby younger than 3 months has a temperature of 100.4°F or higher
  • Anyone is struggling to breathe, has blue or gray lips, or is choking
  • There is a seizure, fainting, or a person who is very hard to wake
  • Bleeding will not stop with firm pressure, or a bone is poking through the skin
  • There is chest pain, sudden weakness on one side of the body, or a serious head injury
