Getting Here From Clear Lake
From central Clear Lake City, follow El Camino Real and turn onto East Medical Center Boulevard. The trip is about 1.1 miles and takes about 5 minutes. From neighborhoods farther north, Bay Area Boulevard runs into El Camino Real, so your map app will likely send you that way. Your time depends on where you start and how busy the roads are.
Our address is 205 E Medical Center Blvd, Webster, TX 77598. We are open every day of the week: 9 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday, and 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Clear Lake City grew up next to NASA's Johnson Space Center and is served by Clear Creek ISD. Depending on your street, your teen may attend Clear Lake, Clear Brook, Clear Creek, Clear Springs, Clear View or Clear Falls High School. We do sports and school physicals for students at any of these campuses. Bring the form your school or team uses.
Weekends here often mean time outside. The Clear Lake City Community Association runs the Kermet H. Applewhite Sports and Recreation Center, with indoor and outdoor pools, a gym and tennis courts, and nearby Armand Bayou Nature Center has trails and a boardwalk through the marsh. Pool days and trail days bring us swimmer's ear, scraped knees, bug bites and twisted ankles, all things we treat every day.

- There is a stiff neck with fever, or a child who is confused or very hard to wake

- An adult has sudden chest pain, or weakness or numbness on one side of the body
