Dr. Ragini Miryala


Dr. Ragini Miryala, M.D.
, F.A.A.P. is a Board-Certified Pediatrician serving the Clear Lake, Friendswood and League City, TX area. Dr. Miryala has been practicing medicine since 2008. She worked in various roles in primary care in Texas before starting her own practice in 2012.

Dr. Miryala is passionate about children and their health. She is also a certified meditation trainer and life coach. She strives to establish a partnership with the parents to help them achieve this goal. Dr. Miryala lives in Seabrook, TX with her husband and children. She is very involved with the local community and with children’s schools. In her spare time Dr. Miryala spends quality time with her family and volunteers regularly in the Houston area.

Amber Brown has been a registered nurse since 2006, obtaining her bachelor’s degree from University of Texas Medical Branch. She worked at UTMB Children’s Hospital for 2 years then moved her career to a pediatric triage nurse for 5 years.

Amber became a pediatric nurse practitioner in 2010 after graduating with her master’s degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She has a specialty in child abuse pediatrics and worked for Brazoria County Alliance for Children conducting child abuse exams for the county. Her career then took her to Texas Children’s where she was hired to start an Urgent Care clinic and After Hours Clinic for the organization.

She became clinical faculty for UTMB in 2008 and taught students in the baccalaureate degree nursing program for 5 years. After completing her stay at UTMB, Amber decided to start her own business and created a tutoring school for nursing students, I.V. League Tutoring, where she still teaches nursing students from all over the country with a home base educational facility in the historic district of League City. Amber is also CEO and founder of I.V. League CPR and Education Center which offers CPR classes and health education for the community.

Amber Brown has been featured on multiple podcasts including the Dr. Nurse Mama podcast, Hope*Nurses podcast, and Nursepreneurs podcast. Amber is a mother of two and enjoys reading, hiking, and has a special interest in pediatric holistic care.


Rachel Helms

Rachel Helms

Rachel is a board certified Nurse Practitioner, specializing in family medicine. She began her nursing career in 2008 after receiving her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Vernon College. She then went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2017, both from the University of Texas at Arlington. The majority of her career has been spent caring for the pediatric population in various healthcare settings. She places emphasis on providing individualized, quality, compassionate care to her patients. In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling and spending time with her children.
